The great sysprep of ‘09 beings

Well, it looks like the great Sysprep of 2009 has begun (They’ll be talking about this for years to come!). 

Jeff posted a little while ago on twitter:

Sysprep is the magic that takes single image, and preps it to be deployed (I hate it when people do that) to a whole bunch of machine.

Now, I don’t have screenshots or photos, but the syprep probably looked a lot like this:

 

And as we get closer to TechED and the image gets finalised, maybe the deployment (with some MDT magic) will look a little like:

…ok, maybe not.  I just stole the screen shot from Michael Niehaus’ MDT 2010 post “no more  visible command windows.”  (and I doctored the screenshot in pbrush.exe)  =)
